People once believed,
That when someone dies,
A crow carries their soul,
To the land of the dead,
But sometimes,
Something so bad happens
That a terrible sadness is carring with it
And the soul can..t rest,
Then sometimes,
Just sometimes,
A crow can bring that soul back
To put the wrong things right.
An building gets torched,
All there is left is ashes,
I used to think,
That was true about everything,
Family, friends, feelings,
Now I know,
If sometimes love proves thrill,
Two people who meant to be together
Nothing could keep them apart.
Buildings burn,
People die,
But real love lives forever.
